At The Baby Hive, we prioritize flexibility when it comes to scheduling care for your family. You have the option to coordinate directly with your assigned nanny or family assistant, or we can assist in coordinating schedules on your behalf. We've found that direct coordination is often the simplest approach, especially when hours vary throughout the week.
When schedules are coordinated directly, we take care of confirming proposed schedules and posting them on our calendar for your nanny or family assistant to reference and track their hours. Additionally, we provide additional coverage if a substitute is needed, ensuring seamless care for your loved ones.

Time tracking is done via clocking in and out on a remote time clock app.
