Meet Liz

Liz lives in Salt Lake City with her husband and five beautiful children. She has over 20 years experience with newborns and infant care. After receiving endless calls from family and friends asking for advice with their newborns, Liz decided to pursue newborn care professionally.

Liz is passionate about helping parents and their babies find their rhythm, and does so with patience and empathy. She understands the importance of healthy sleep habits and loves educating and encouraging parents. Liz is also an avid reader, skilled baker, and finds joy in traveling.
